How we operate

A project to build it. A platform subscription to run it.

Commercial terms match the work: an upfront project to discover, design, build, integrate, deploy and train; then an ongoing per-user managed platform subscription. You are not buying a software licence.

Two parts of the same engagement

Project fee Paid for a defined outcome: understand the process, design the system, build the application and integrations, automate the agreed workflows, deploy, and train users. Scope is written against the operational problem, not against an open catalogue of features.
Managed platform subscription Charged per user of the system we operate for you. It is the cost of keeping the platform in production as a living operational tool.

What the subscription includes

Hosting

The production environment for the application and the services it depends on.

Monitoring

Health of the application, jobs, and integrations — so failures are visible so issues can be investigated and resolved.

Maintenance

Dependency updates, small defects, and the care required to keep a working system current.

Support

A named path for operational issues: users cannot work, a feed is stuck, a rule is wrong.

Security

Access, patching, and the baseline controls expected of a system that holds business work.

AI infrastructure

The model usage, keys, and runtime required for the AI behaviour we put in the process — not a separate “AI bill” you have to assemble.

Integration and API maintenance

Vendor APIs change. Mappings drift. The subscription covers maintaining those connections.

Iteration

Adjustments that come from real use: clearer rules, better prompts, extra validation, small workflow changes inside the agreed process.

What is extra

Major new scope is project work.

A second product, a new line of business, a new system of record, or a process we did not originally take on is not absorbed into the per-user fee. We will say so, scope it, and price it as a project. That boundary is how the subscription stays a platform cost rather than an unlimited build contract.

What we will not sell

Hourly staff augmentation. A build that you host and we never see again. A licence for software we do not operate. A consulting report that leaves the process unchanged.

Pricing for a specific engagement is set after discovery, when the process and the systems around it are clear enough to be honest.

Discovery is where commercial terms become real.
